Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If registration is completed with incorrect or false information, the account will be considered invalid during verification. hazi bdt may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification when necessary.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, hazi bdt may request that account verification be completed at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Age and Eligibility

All services on hazi bdt are for individuals aged 21+ only. No one under 21 years of age may use this platform. If false information about age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and no funds will be refunded.

4.3 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To make a withdrawal, account verification must be complete and the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus must have been met. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the applicable bonus conditions have not been fulfilled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hazi bdt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for betting or gaming on the hazi bdt platform.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
• hazi bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

hazi bdt's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is given based on net losses for the week. Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6. Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Obligations

All games on hazi bdt must be played honestly and fairly. Using automated software, bots, macros, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage over regular players is prohibited.

6.2 Game Results

Game results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, hazi bdt reserves the right to adjust the correct amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds offered in sports betting are subject to change, and hazi bdt may update odds at any time according to market conditions. The odds fixed at the time a bet is placed are final.

6.4 Betting Disputes

If a dispute arises over the result of any bet, contact us via live chat or email within 72 hours. hazi bdt's decision will be considered final in such matters.

10.2 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

Any user may request to close their own account. It is necessary to withdraw the balance before making the request, as the withdrawal process may become more complicated after the account is closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

hazi bdt's platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. hazi bdt is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Errors in third-party software or hardware.
• Account information exposure due to the user's own negligence.
• Psychological or financial harm related to gaming that results from the user's own decisions.
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical errors.

However, if any user is unfairly harmed due to a technical error, hazi bdt will review the matter.

12. Changes to Terms
